A. Our company does not offer returns/exchanges unless a mistake was made on our behalf. Please contact us at sales@shopcrownedcheveux.com if you believe you are eligible for a return.
The returned item(s) must have all seals and labels still in tact. For the curly textures, such as burmese curly, deep wave, body wave, etc. We will not grant any refund if the hair has been fingered combed, pulled apart, and/or manipulated (frizzy).
We will not refund or exchange any hair or merchandise that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut, and/or made into a wig.

A. You will normally receive a tracking number 4-5 business days (excluding weekends) after your purchase. When your label is printed; tracking is automatically sent to your email via paypal, then you will be sent the same tracking number via Shopify when the package has been taken to the post office. All Packages are shipped through USPS. If your tracking number does not show any tracking updates within 72 hours after you've been sent tracking, Please contact us via email sales@shopcrownedcheveux.com. Please include your name and order number.

Q. Do I have the option to "Pick up" my order in person if I order online?

 A. We currently do not offer local pickup or delivery. All merchandise is sold strictly online at Shopcrownedcheveux.com.
